If you are contacting District Lines directly about an order problem, we'll never know about it. We need to know that our customers are having trouble with our store. The people that order from the our webstore allow us to stay in business, so any time there is any trouble with anything, we would like to know about it to make sure it gets resolved.

We receive many requests for promotional items. Unfortunately, we cannot send it out to everybody that asks. Send us a copy of your zine or the address to your website. We will gladly listen to it; however, under no circumstances will we respond to any inquiries for reviews or anyone asking if we received your band's demo. In the event that we are interested, we will contact YOU. With the demo, it is helpful to enclose an email address, mailing address, and telephone number along with band photos, link to band website, band bio, tours (past, present, and future), as well as any other general information about the band.
