STEEL NATION is back!
PA's STEEL NATION knocked out two tracks for their upcoming split 7" with Crucified(CA) coming out in Jan 09. One of the tracks from the split titled "Odysseus" can be heard on their myspace. Guitarist Neil and Bassist Steve have now taken over the vocal duties and this is just a taste of what can be expected in the future. Think Spudmonsters, Ringworm, and Blood for Blood having a bastard child...or you can listen for yourself.

Nov 10 The Brickhouse w/ Unreal City St. Albans, West Virginia

FLH IS BACK!
Posted by nick on October 08, 2008
FIGHT LIKE HELL, back from the dead. Here is a statement from the band:
First off I want to say thanks to everybody who has been hitting us up about playing again. I just wanted to fill in everybody on what's going on. As all of you know, FLH broke up in March so everybody could pursue other interests. I, myself have been playing in Death Before Dishonor since January. Jake moved to Florida and went on to play in Know The Score and Matt is playing in Folsom currently. Also Joey has been diving deeper in to competitive Juijitsu. This band did not break up on bad terms at all but we all felt we had to make steps forward in our lives and we took that opportunity. We discussed the possibility of us playing again when we had the time.
Fortunately that time came sooner than expected. Jake has moved back in to my house in Denver with my brother (FLH current bassist) and DBD is on a break. October 11th Folsom is playing at Rock and Roll Grille and we felt that it was a perfect time and venue to start playing again. Just so everybody knows we WILL NOT be touring. I know that sucks for a lot of you but it's just not possible for us. Joey and Joel have obligations at home that make it hard for them to get on the road and Matt and myself are both touring full time with our respective bands.
With that being said, we WILL be writing and recording 5 new songs in December to be released on Double or Nothing Records and we will have new merch up @ www.doubleornothingrecords.com. FLH will continue to play shows regionally when friends come through town whenever we can including a show in late December that is TBD. So everybody come out to the show on the 11th and have a good time. This is for you Denver.
All love, Fight Like Hell
PLEASE WELCOME UNREAL CITY

Steel Nation Singer update!
Posted by nick on August 03, 2008
Some words from the steel nation camp....check it!
"So we've solved our singing problem by not getting a singer. Neil and Steve are going to split vocals duty while playing guitar in bass. We decided since the 4 of us are the original members of Steel Nation that we'd keep it that way. We should be having a split coming out this fall or so, a track or two will be posted when we get the vocals recorded. We've been working a full length and have 12 songs completed, we may write one or two more depending on how things go. There isn't a release date for the full length yet but we plan to have it out next spring or summer. This fall we plan to start playing out again and are planning on doing a short tour down to Florida this November or so. That's about it for now... Peace."

On a personal note, we are "soft launching" our brand new website with these preorders. Alot of the cool features we are going to have arent up and running yet. We need a few more days to fine tune a few things. We should have everything 100% in the next week or so. We just couldnt wait any more to get these Songs and preorders up for you guys to check out.
Also, we stopped doing our own mailorder because it was just too much to keep up with and we want you guys to order with confidence knowing your going to get your shit right away. We have partnered up with the good people at DistrictLines to handle all of our webstore orders from now on with our new site. They do the same for other labels like Eulogy Recordings, Sumerian Records, Mediaskare Records, and tons of individual bands. We know they will treat us right and make sure that everybody who wants to support our label gets treated even better.
This is the first of MANY announcements from us in the coming weeks. we've signed a bunch of bands that we cant wait to tell you about and we have a bunch of really cool shit planned for the rest of 2008 and beyond.
Thank you for your continued support,
